How To Buy Cheap and Better Color Copies

1.  Do you need the job right the way?
(and Pay the High Price with RUSH CHARGE built-in)
“Copy Shop” that produce same day copies have
a tendency to charge copies over 30 cents,
so in a way, they already charge you Rush Charge.
If you don’t need SAME DAY COPIES,
you can use Print Shop like us and
save the 50% Same Day Rush Charge
 



2. There’s a Copy Shop around my corner,
 why am I buying from your Print Centre.
2 Giant Groups has tried this but they don’t fit well in B.C. -
a. Price and Quality - start from U.S. with GIANT Production Machines for price and quality - the catch,
wait for Shipping Truck from another state (city)
and pay high shipping
b. Fast Delivery but less quality -  you see a copy shop franchise in every street corner.  - the catch,
junior copier = junior quality, quite expensive (50¢ - $1 each),
but you get the prints on the same day.
(unexperienced operators in most case)
c. we took the third corner.  we use Print Shop Quality Production and local area / regional pickup
to provide high-end copies at lower price.
we use multiple print factories to feed 10 pickup centre,
keeping quality up, and cost down.

the catch, our price comes with Next Day Order,
NOT SAME DAY)



3. Should you buy from a Copy Shop or a Print Shop ?
Copy shop tends to have lower productivity because of their small machines.  When they do 250 sheet in 1 hour, the cost to pay for ($100) rent and wages is much much higher than when we do 5,000 sheets (for $350), so our overhead cost spread out further.  This is why they need 30 cents per page to cover their cost whereas we charge do 10 to 15 cents.

4. Are there difference in Print Quality between Color Copiers (Copy Shop) and Digital Press used in Print Shop ?
Yes and No, for Basic Jobs - Not Much difference,
Heavy Duty Jobs or Large Jobs - There are.  (Is sort of like an Econo Car vs. Sports Car/SUV, you can tell the difference when you really need the power or driving in the Snow).
Our Digital Presses recalibrate every 2nd sheets, that’s why the color stay consistant from 1 to 25,000 sheets.
and at 50% less money.
 


5. But you charge us for Courier, and Proof Copy . . .
We just split it off the price list, so you pay what you need.
    Take this example 1000 Copies ship to your Print Centre
ours:   $120 (1000 @ 12¢) + $10 shipping + $10 proof = $140
        + next day

    Most Copy Shop @ 35¢
          $120 (1000 @ 35¢) + FREE shipping + FREE proof
          + 4 hours wait = $350    
    (you pay $200 for some freebies, and think they are FREE)


6. I only want 10 sheets and you don’t offer walk-in service:
We use Print Shop Equipment to do Copies and
help most customers save 50% (and Better Quality).
However, we are unable to provide Self Selve Copies.
